Benimeit

Benimeit is a hillside urbanisations, thus most properties enjoy panoramic sea views. Most of the development of the urbanisation of Benimeit are independent villas constructed from the 1970s onwards, with several developments of communal properties being built in the 1990s.

Costera del Mar is loerties for sale in Cometa cated close to Pla del Mar, towards Paichi and Arnella, though properties here are easy walking distance to Moraira town center. 

El Portet

El Portet is located at the Northern edge of Moraira, though it is still only a 15-minute walk into the center of Moraira. El Portet is a sheltered sandy beach where you can find cafes and restaurants, overlooking the sea, as well as there is also a grocery store and a Boutique Hotel (el Manet) overlooking the beach.

Fanadix is the urbanisation located close to La Cometa and is comprised of a mixture of properties ranging from Apartments and community houses to independent Villas with private pools on large plots.

La Sabatera

La Sabatera borders the Les Sorts vineyard of Moraira where the local muscatel grapes are grown. La Sabatera is a fairly large area with the property comprising villas with plots around the size of 800 square meters, though there are some communal properties co-located in the area. La Sabatera also has a commercial area, with a supermarket and bars and restaurants

Moravit

Paichi is located to the right of the Les Sorts Vineyard leading out towards Benitachell, Paichi properties have a westerly orientation with properties located in these areas benefitting good open views and clear views of the Sierra Bernia for late afternoon sun. Pinar del Advocat

The urbanisation of Pinar del Advocat is within walking distance to Moraira center, properties here range from Villas to Apartments and Townhouses, which include the communities of Florida Park Los Almendros, with a further two communities of bungalows located near the Swiss Hotel, with the remainder of the properties in Pinar del Advocat being independent villas.

Pla del Mar

Pla del Mar is located very close to the center of Moraira, meaning that properties located in this zone are easily walkable to the Moraira Town Center and the beaches of El Portet and Playa de L´Ampolla. Properties in this area generally have sea views, of the Marina and Calpe.

San Jaime

San Jaime is an area of independent villas with pools, the roads within the urbanisation are well kept and boarded with attractive garden areas. The urbanisation has a security guard and postal service for which the properties pay a small fee to pay to the urbanisation. The villas surround the central 9 Hole Golf Course of San Jaime which was developed in the late 1970s. 

Sol Park

Sol Park borders the Les Sorts vineyard of Moraira where the local muscatel grapes are grown, it was developed during the late 1980s, with Villas being built with larger plots.
