In Benitchell it is the "Church of Santa Maria Magdalena", which was constructed around 1710. The town is made up of Townhouses, Apartments and a few Villas. The old town also has an indoor market as well as a range of small local shops where you can purchase bread and cakes. 

Urbanisations - There are numerous urbanisations which have been built on the outskirts of Benitachell, Les Fonts, Los Molinos, Raco de Nadal, Cumbre Del Sol, Pueblo Alcazar, Les Fonts, La Joya and Los Callistros, these are all within a few KM of the historic centre of Benitachell and all its facilities.  

Cumbre Del Sol is a large urbanisation located on a small mountain close to Benitachell, most properties having the most spectacular sea views overlooking either the south to Moraira and Calpe or to Javea. 

As well as being a desirable place to live, Benitachell is only a 10-minutes from Javea or Moraira, though it does have its beautiful beaches,  El Moraig, and the coves of Los Tiestos and El Llebeig.
