Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing.

• Conduct property viewings.

• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and real estate regulations.

• Prepare and present accurate market analyses.

• Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent with a strong sales record.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Driving licence and vehicle
