The Key differences between Northern European Estate Agents and Costa Blanca Estate Agents

1. Properties

Sellers of properties on the Costa Blanca may have their properties advertised with multiple Estate Agents, this gives potential purchasers the idea that there are a lot of properties for sale, currently, we have the lowest number of properties and a large number of clients.

In Northern European countries a seller would generally advertise with the agent local to their area, and normally on a sale Agency basis. 

2. Clients

Purchasers generally do not know the areas, so when NewLifePropertySpain is contacted by a client we will always try to open up the areas so that we can show a larger number of property options.

In Northern European countries most clients will look at one single area which is covered by a local Agent

3.  Area-Coverage  

At NewLifePropertySpain we market properties in a wide area, from Denia to Calpe and inland to the Orba and Jalon Valleys, this is an area of over 330 sq km, generally in Northern Europe Estate Agents will cover a postcode area within a town or city. 

In Northern European countries most Estate Agents will cover a Post Code area, and will only list properties from that area. 

4. Language

There are multiple Nationalities all looking for a home in Spain, including Polish, French, Spanish, English, and German, in fact, it would be easier to produce a list of those countries whose citizens are not looking for property in Spain.

In Northern European countries most Estate Agents will generally speak their own language, plus English. 

5. Viewings

When clients view properties in Costa Blanca they generally will spend a complete day with a given agent, they may be taken on an area tour first and then view some properties. Often they will then re-book with an Agent and have isolated the area in which they would like to search for a property then select further properties to view. 

In Northern European countries most clients will view just one or two properties that they select.

6. Marketing/Advertising

In Spain, most clients first engage with an Estate Agent on Costa Blanca through their website or through one of the many online property portals that specialise in property sales on Costa Blanca. NewLifePropertySpain advertises all their properties on a multitude of Portals as well as our own website. 

In Northern European countries most clients will engage via an online method but they will also visit a local agent.
